The chemical-materials sector is known for its negative effects on the environment due, mostly, to its material- and energy- intensity. Like industry in general, it therefore represents a major area for the ecological and energy transition in France.

Because we believe there can be no sustainable profit without respecting the people around us and the planet on which we live, we wish to take an active part in this transformation by offering eco-efficient processes.

Based on our experience in the materials and electrochemical fields, our solutions combine machines, software and consumables thus offering a mix of technological innovations with a view to simplifying and automating processes while minimising the environmental impacts relative to traditional processes.

Our innovation in particular relates to eco-friendly and high-performance consumablesWe are always on the lookout for the least harmful molecules for operators and our environment.

Nos solutions chimiques sont, pour la quasi-totalité, exemptes d’additifs Cangérigène Mutagène Reprotoxique (CMR), nos vernis contiennent peu de Composants Organiques Volatils (COV) pour un rendement optimal, nos systèmes de filtration sont spécifiques aux produits utilisés et nous proposons un service de récupération des réactifs chimiques usés.

Nous We are committed to a People- and Environment-friendly procedure by developing and formulating new ecological chemicals which also allow us to optimise the rendering of our machines and the efficiency of our solutions.

Our products are sourced and produced as carefully as possible, manufactured in France, mainly in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.

Our range of cleaning solutions formulated especially for theUscleaneris CMR-free. The Cleaner solutions are circulated continuously in a closed loop and filtered automatically by the system.
This makes it possible to save up to 10 times the treatment volumes relative to traditional systems.

  • This water-based degreasing agent may be discharged into the sewer without prior treatment as it contains no substances which are harmful to the environment.
  • Ideal for cleaning plastic parts (SLS, FFF, MACHINING, INJECTION, etc.) as well as dirty metallic parts, it acts as a detergent and pollutant sequestration agent.
  • Ready-to-use solution, supplied in 25-litre poly-carboys.
  • Lifetime: 1 year.
  • This degreasing agent is formulated so as to have less impact on the environment.
  • It is non-flammable and may therefore be used directly with ultrasound assistance.
  • Ideal for removing UV resin residues of parts from the SLA and DLP processes.
  • It can also be used to remove soluble supports of the hydroxylated wax type.
  • Discharge to an approved centre after use.
  • Ready-to-use solution, supplied in 25-litre poly-carboys.

Our range of photosensitive varnishes is formulated specifically for use with the Smoothit. machine. Our varnishes contain little VOC for optimal rendering. COV pour un rendement optimal.

  • This varnish is applied as a first layer to highly porous materials in order to produce a sealing barrier for subsequent layers and avoid the sweating phenomena of the supports.
  • Suited to parts from the FFF, SLS and MJF processes.
  • Supplied in returnable aluminium bottles of 500 ml, sealed against UV radiation.
  • Lifetime: 1 year.
  • Applied after impregnation varnish BC1, this varnish provides smooth surfaces with high quality aesthetic rendering.
  • Suited to parts from the FFF and SLS or MJF processes.
  • Supplied in returnable aluminium bottles of 500 ml, sealed against UV radiation.
  • Lifetime: 1 year
  • This varnish is applied as the ultimate finish, after smoothing or a LOOK LIKE CHROMIUM® finish or metallization, for example.
