Lissage impression 3D : le procédé MiM – Multicouches incrémentales Maîtrisées – est un traitement de surface automatisé pour smoothing and protecting 3D-printed polymer parts.
Obtained by adding a translucent levelling base varnish, le lissage MiM répond aux besoins spécifiques du post-traitement de la fabrication additive. Ce traitement utilise des vernis à haut extrait sec contenant peu de COV, adaptés pour une mise en œuvre dans la machine Smoothit.

To be able to apply finishes to 3D-printed parts, it is often essential to produce a good surface finish beforehand, in particular with regard to roughness, sealing and hardness.

This gives the ideal conditions for producing quality finishes (lacquering, colouring, metallization, etc.).

Through this process, your parts are:

  • Smooth > lowers roughness to Ra 1 µm

  • Soft > gives an ultra-soft feel.

The procédé MiM est compatible avec :


• the main additive manufacturing technologies DLP, FFF, MJF, MJP, SLA and SLS,
• the materials most widely used in 3D printing ABS, PA, PA11, PAGF, PC, PLA, PP, PS, TPU, etc.

Treatment time is between 5 and 20 minutes depending on the substrate used, the condition of the initial surface and the objectives sought.
